A Walk to Forever

Walk to Forever

It never occurred to my mind
That in this life I would find
A lady that will love me true
Someone that cares thru and thru.

“You'll never walk alone
Nor face the world on your own,”
This is what my heart hears
Whenever you are near.

Thousand of steps we already made,
Yet our love never fades.
Now a question needs an answer
"Will you walk with me forever?"

Before the Eastern Sunset

Long time ago
Before the eastern sunset
A tadpole swam
and eaten by pudding plum
A child-man came out with the blood.
.
Between the morning sunrise
and the foreboding sunset
The child-man played
and hurt
and cried
Did he laughed and smiled?
Sometimes yes
sometimes nay
.
On the way home
an old man looked back
Uncrippled mind scanned the many pasts
With the end of the eastern sunset
he died

The Mantis and the Spider

One sunny day, just like every summer days
The mantis and the spider had a battle
Where in the end one is devoured by the other.

One fine day, just like other summer days
The mantis and the spider did battle
On an arena which obviously is a dead twig
Where one will lose and be eaten by the other.

One hot day, just like any summer days
The mantis and the spider battled
Inside the circle formed by a sweaty crowd
Where cattles and golds were gambled.

The spider
Hungry as can be
Started toward the waiting mantis.

But in a flash
The spider was slashed
Its body twitching on the ground
Its head eaten by its opponent.

One dry day, just like all summer days
Bodies lay around the twitching spider
The mob cursing, punching and kicking
Nourishing the thirsty earth with their blood.

Angel

In middle of agony
A great angel came
As rare as a desert rain.

Winter Solstice

Tired of the darkness within,
A young butterfly ripped out its chrysallis,
Ready to dance under the morning sun,
Eager to taste the waiting nectar.

But ---
Darkness and permafrost awaited,
With the gust of wintry wind it fell dead.

Delicate wings frozen
It did not realized,
That in the world outside ---
All are sadness,
All are death.

Elegy #1

An old philosopher sleeping in the lily fields

Dreams the air is filled with cotton seeds

As white as the cloudy sky, as free as his thoughts.

A young lass dance with cotton seeds

Light seeds freed by the monsoon winds

As calming as tea, as unpredictable as her emotions.

The sad man, infected, smiles as he yields

Watching the young lady, he stopped picking up lily reeds

As plenty as pieces of broken glass, as dead as his soul.

I LOVE YOU

To the girl who caught my heart but I do not have the power to tell,

I love you...that is true. Since the day that you and I chose me to be your boyfriend until this moment I feel an intense feeling of love to you. I know that it is me who caused our separation, I know I made you cry many times for the length of our relationship. I love you that is true. You are the only one that I think of from the moment I wake up until the moment I sleep. This feeling for you grow stronger day by day by day. I love the of you, heart, body and soul. You are the only one wwho make me smile my genuine smile. For every song I sing, for every poem I spun, I only think of you. You, you, no one but you. Because I want to share my whole life with you.

I love you, that is enough for me. I love even if you don't love me back. My love will always be here. You are my first true love.

I LOVE YOU.

from me,

Aguas de Augusta
The August rain did come,
Falling like arrows from the urban sky.
I threw away my parasol,
To feel the cold force of the water fall.
Soaked to the soul I confessed to the clouds
Of how I missed the warmth of January sun.
